Missing Orders

Hi

I have two orders placed for accessories last week with a supposed three day delivery. The money has been taken from my account for both, one being £79.98 and the other £99.98. I have received no confirmation email, nor any regarding despatch or delivery. When I gave the order numbers to the online chat service they said they can see both have been despatched but could give no further information or assistance as they are "just a chat service". They did give me a number, however the people there were unable to assist as "it's not their department" and couldn't give me contact information for someone who could help.

Can you please advise or should I ask my card company to use the chargeback scheme, as I have made extensive effort to resolve the issue, including being kept on hold for twenty minutes to your call centre, at my expense.

Regards

Hi @ninjamoose

Sorry but this isn't O2 you are talking to here.

This is a community forum of customers so you'll have to call customer services to chase your orders for you.

It is O2's responsibility to chase for you and provide adequate tracking details.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:

It's also quite possible that what you ordered @ninjamoose is out of stock, as O2 do not have a live stock ordering system.

As @MI5 suggests you have to persevere with Customer Services as it's their responsibility to sort this out for you. The best time to ring is between 8-8:30am when the lines are less busy and you'll avoid a 20 minute wait.

Good luck and do let us know how you get on. And welcome to the forum.

CPW always seem to be much better with their stock system. I ordered something last week.

It said in stock, it was with me via DPD the following day with an email stating the exact time slot it would be delivered. (It was an O2 product as well...) wink
