Hello - I am seeing a monthly charge to my account of £10.99 to Microsoft Store. There is no other information available in the MyO2 app and I am apparently unable to remove this charge. I have checked my Microsoft Store account on their website and there are no active subscriptions listed. Does anybody know how I can find out more about these charges and have them removed?

You need to contact Microsoft as they are passing the charges on to O2.
