If you have wifi calling enabled, turn it off first.

If you have an iPhone also, you may have to dial 176002.

As a last resort, customer service should be able to help you Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

I'd suggest you call customer service then please.

Edit: However, wifi calling may still be enabled on your account. You can check this in your MyO2 under the device settings http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
