Message centre number

How can I find my message centre number I have a brand new phone but it keeps putting a wrong message centre number which stops me from sending text messages , I have the same trouble with my old phone but I know the number for that one and have to reset it everytime after my phone has been turned off or updated

However, your issue is that you have the wrong sim for your account type, so pop into an o2 store and get a sim swap to the correct type (PAYG or contract)

The wrong type of sim card will always revert to the message centre number programmed in when you switch off or reboot. As above you need to pop into your local O2 store and get the correct sim. It's free and they transfer everything over for you.
