02 have made it very clear to me that I will be charged to send or receive MMS to my phone. Even if a text is too long and converts to mms or I use emoji it will charge me. I've got a link saying I've a mms and to view it on 02 but I cannot see if I open it that it's free to view in line or if I'll be charged!
Never was charged mms with Vodafone. I can only use WA to send view or receive MMS messages!

Hope that helps?

@Summersue it is free to receive a MMS so do not worry about being charged for that.
