Solved: Mast not working

The website informs me that the mast in EN6 4LP is not working and the service will be poor until it is fixed. There is nothing on the website to indicate when it will be fixed or if any work has been undertaken. When will it be fixed?

O2 never give out this info and it also depends on the nature of the fault.
