Mast not working

ME17 3EH local mast not working - hasn't been for sometime. Have spoken to an adviser - using TU Go now. Just want to know from the Network Team how much longer till the mast is fixed & normal service resumes? Not good for business or home use. Registered for updates, nothing received, other than keep checking the status online.

Hope they get it sorted as soon as possible for you. Sometimes it can be a matter of access or waiting for parts but on rare occasions masts are decomissioned. Hope this isn't the case for you.

Not defending them in anyway shape or form but sometimes getting to the mast is more complicated than just turning up in a van with a ladder, as @jonsie mentioned. Sometimes access has to be gained from landowners etc, but here's hoping they can get your issue resolved sooner rather than later.

Download the O2 'My Network' app and report it through there.

 

I usually get an answer within a few hours from 'the team'
