You have sent me 2 wrong phones last week. And not a phone call this week to discuss the refund of the £60 delivery charge for the 2 incorrect phones which have been returned or when you will dispatch the new phone we had set up. I also notice i now have 2 phone numbers to my name and 2 incorrect orders for phones i haven't ordered.
I would really appreciate a call back

The bigger problem is that it has been 3 months since the phone was delivered, and to be honest it should have been opened and checked for damages straight away., then something could have been about it..
I think you are going to have a fight on your hands to get what you want, and any retailer would deny the claim due to time to open the phone..... @DamarisMoldovan
And if it was in sealed box with all the Apple Seals on it then it could be a manufacturing fault, as only Apple apply those seals..
We have to this with all the phones at work, as soon as they arrive they get opened and checked for DOA and Damage....

I always take a video of removing the seals and opening the box.
No one can argue with that as evidence and if necessary would stand up in court.
Too many thieves and scammers around these days with ways to make seals look unopened and deceive people.
