Macedonia phone use abroad please help

Can anyone advise as O2 do not make it clear what phone use is from Macedonia in Europe can’t find the country listed anywhere ? And info sketchy to say the least as usual

Macedonia is not eligible for any of the Travel Bolt ons @Macedoniabound so it will be expensive to use you phone there. Use Wifi wherever you can or even think about a local sim
