I'm trying to set up picture MMS between my Digital scouting camera SG880MK-8M and my Samsung Galaxy S2 phone using O2 and require the following information:-
1) URL
2) IP
3) sending e-mail server name
4) sending e-mail server port
5) GPRS APN
6) sending e-mail address
Can you anyone advise this silver haired novice.
Regards,
John M.

This is a GPRS device and needs a data sim card to work.
It seems to need the settings and email address of your phone in order to send pictures directly to it.

Thanks for the pointer I guessed that was the case but was struggling to find where I could find the settings within my Samsung Galaxy S2. I think the source is under mobile network in APN. Next stage is to try. Will revert if successful.

I think this gadget can use MMS or email to send pictures.

@perksie yes but from the onloine manual there are more mms only settings required but if using a data only sim the email route is the only way to do it.
MMS needs a voice sim to work as data only have no way of billing mms.
I gleaned this from the relevant manual you set up the mms and gprs email by putting the sd card into a pc and editing the file in this snip
