My daughter gave us her Bush Spira D5.5 (Model AC50DIS) and got a new SIM from O2 to put in it, using the same phone number as our old Alba 1.8 which is no longer used. She set the Spira up with the new SIM and the old number and it worked fine for several days then suddenly, when it was turned on, it required a PIN to be entered. My daughter says the phone has never had a PIN and the default PIN 0000 doesn't work. Online advice says get a PUK number from O2. Our O2 account online gives a PUK number 01902041 but it also says our phone is an Archos F18, which may be an Alba 1.8, but it isn't a Spira D5.5. How can we get the phone to work, please ?
