Hi

 

Trying to get the £2 reduction per month for additional sim only contract @£10 per month.

Followed three different texting instructions to 25000, spoken to customer services twice, no-one will reduce my promised additional sim-only to £8 per month.

 

Just about ready to cancel the additional contract.

I'm not sure where you got those instructions or the number? @stodgyodgy 

You need to text LOYALTY to 21500

You will get a return text asking you to repeat the text LOYALTY and include your main O2 number along with your additional pay monthly numbers
