I purchased a 2nd (basically new) hand iPhone 7 plus & when I received it I got the message no service In The top left. When I go on my network it says ‘ phone not allowed ‘ I have a Tesco sim (o2) , Thanks for the responses

You need to find out which network it is locked to

Ask the seller if possible
