Hello everyone. I was just wondering if anyone could tell me if they know when live chat might be opening. I need to speak to someone about my contract and no one monitors emails and my calls have been cut so I'm even unable to call the free phone

Chat comes and goes according to whether the staff can answer due to staff shortages.
You will need to be patient and keep trying.

Hello, thank you. I did Google it not too long ago and it said it was open with reduced times to due to staff shortage, I went on and got the usual, messaging is closed use aura message.. i will keep trying and hope for the best. Thank you.
