There have been a number of problems reported with it.
Some of the issue is browser choice and/or cookies/cache.
Try clearing yours and using a different browser/device if possible.
Or is it a question we (the community) can help with?

Same thing here.
Have tried to get the chat with different browser, and removing all add-ons and checking the firewall.
No chat accessible on the O2 webpage, even with an 1h wait.
Does it happen often?

I am using firefox on an Ubuntu OS, and it doesn't work.
My AdBlock add-on has been deactivated, so I can't understand where is the problem.

The problem appears to be with the site cert for live chat.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
