I've been trying for 3 days to get through to live chat to place an order. This doesn't seem to be working?

Best advice (where possible) is to order in store.
On-line while convenient don't have a live stock system so you could order something that is not in stock.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

Live chat has been down for the past day or so anyway. Best way is to go instore or call customer services

Try again now.
I've just opened chat and connected immediately.

You could try a different browser or clear cache and cookies on your present one.

However I would advise going instore or calling 202 😉

Still working for me so must be an issue at your end.
Try on your mobile?
But as we've said, calling or go instore is more reliable.
