Live (Text) Chat Diffculties on Handset

I've just tried to speak to O2 via Live Chat (work computer is a relic and won't let me). The very helpful gent at the other end greeted me and wanted to help, but the dialogue box for me to type in was hidden out of sight at the bottom of the page! There was a sort of home page "frame" present which I couldn't get rid of. Any cure for that? My original query is not that urgent and can wait till I get home.

I have not seen that problem but when I have used live chat, I do it through the MyO2 app.

Have you tried that option?
