Have they replaced live chat with a messenger service? I’m trying to contact customer service, thought I’d got through to someone, then I’m told it’s a messenger service that could take 8 hours to get a reply.

Hi I received a text from what I think is o2 and they ask me to update my billing information but more I go onto it makes me think it’s a scam, anyone know anything about this?

It's a well known scam.
Block the number and report it free to 7726.
