Why is Live Chat never available, and why can I not send an email with my query????

Hi @Anonymous Live chat is available from 8am-9pm. I used them myself earlier this week at 8.13am My issue was sorted in 15 minutes. The other contact numbers are in this link http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Exactly 8.13am is the best time to call
