We've been receiving letters for a couple of years now, they've all been sent back marked 'not at this address' but they keep on coming.
The letters have our home address on but are in someone elses name, can anyone point us in a direction as to whom we need to contact to reslove this problem before this person starts owing O2 money.
Obviously sending the letters back isn't working and trying to find a non customer related contact/feedback form is proving difficult so I thought I'd try and see if the community can help.
Regards,
Andrew

Hello hope you can help me, my Mum has had 2 letters this week from O2 with her address but in someone else's name, she is 80 years old and is very worried about these sudden letters.
I thought they might be fake but said I would sort it out for her as you can't trust anything these days

You'll need to call customer service.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
