You would think so reading that.
Can you check and clarify @Martin-O2?

Hi guys,
I can confirm that the "Lend Us a Quid" service was discontinued late August and is no longer available.
Edit with the latest information:
Although Lend Us A Quid it's been shut down as it was built into some tariffs it will still be available to a small number of customers who are on International SIM, Classic & old/legacy tariffs.
To check if you're eligible or not, dial 4444 from your Pay & Go number and if your're eligible and have a balance of 50p or less, you'll have the ‘Lend Us A Quid’ option. If you're not on a compatible/eligible tariff, this option won't be available.

@Martin-O2Thats fine. However you need to ask O2 to change the wording in the article I referred to here
https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Other-Products-Services/Lend-us-a-quid/m-p/1080232/highlight/true#M272... where it show this
As this clearly infers it is STILL available on eligible tariffs
