Hi
I have a legacy tariff called Group Net 99 which has 200 free minutes Off Peak every month, it is very old but has always worked .
I am now finding that 02 is now charging me for these off peak minutes and I have to call to have the charges removed.
Can 02 force me into a new tariff or am I in my rights to insist that I stay on it for as long as I want?

We have been told that O2 are trying to discontinue old tariffs.
Your best bet is to call them.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 4445, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
