I am the main account holder xxxxx xxxxxx

I have been able to upload my pay slip & proof of employment to qualify for the discount, but I cant seem to repeat the same process to have my wifes Leeds City Council payslip on her mobile number xxxxx xxxxxx

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your wife's' account which can’t be done from here. If you call O2 on 202 or 0344 809 0202 or use O2's social media to help by messaging them on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
