Help

Fed up have googled and nothing seems to work unless i am doing it wrong grr

All i am doing is using my laptop when blue page appears says your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart.

We're just collecting some error info. and then we'll restart for you It starts gets to 100% complete and doesnt automatic turn off or restart i do this manually. 😞

Also says for more information about this issue and possible fixes , visit https://www.windows.com/stopcode

If you call a support person , give them this info.

Stop code BAD POOL. CALLER.

Can anyone help please ?

If it does it again it would more likely be a memory module fault.
