Laptop Delivery

I ordered a laptop last Sunday, it says its meant to be delivered in up to 2 working days it is now Wednesday and it still hasn't been dispatched. Is this normal and what do I do.

You need to call customer service.

Call 202 from your mobile or use Skype to call 0800 032 1402

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call

Monday to Friday are classed as working days, weekends and bank holidays or national holidays are not. So Wednesday would be the earliest you would receive being a bank holiday weekend. Processing may be delayed (which applies to most companies whose employees do have the bank holiday off) so it might turn up on Thursday.
