Hello community!

After 5 years with the same phone and o2 contract, I have finally bought a new phone with a reseller (Affordable Mobiles) as o2 couldn't give me as good a phone deal as AF.

So, I now have 2 contracts with o2. I'd love to keep my NEW contract and new phone, but OLD number.
I really thought this would have been an easy process since both numbers/ contracts show on My o2.

When I called 202, the guy was very confused, sais he "thought" I might need a PAC Code, which he will get over to me in the next 15mins.

It's been 6 hours... and I'm still not sure about the process. So, stuck with 2 phones and 2 o2 contracts.

I cannot find info anywhere regarding moving one contract to another, only pay as you go to contract....

A bit of guidance would be much appreciated!

Many thanks

You don't need a PAC code, but you need to ask for the number to be migrated to the new contract, and you will need to pay off anything remaining on the old contract.

Full details are below:

Guide: Migration & porting into O2

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

@SandyB If phoning O2 hasn't helped you can contact them through social media:

Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
