Jabra pulse wireless faulty!!

After waiting a month in getting my jabra pulse wireless headphones with the promotion that was running.

First impression were good but then I noticed it wasn't holding a charge. Has anyone had this issue before and what do people recommend for a resolution. Do I contact o2, kondor or jabra???

Thanks

@Anonymous I would contact O2 as it was their promotion http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

If they advise you to get in touch with Jabra contact details here http://www.jabra.co.uk/ServiceMenu/contact/ContactJabraSupport

Or Kondor http://kondor.co.uk/contact/

Re: Jabra pulse wireless faulty!!

I would always deal directly with the manufacturer.

as @MI5 said I recommend going direct to the manufacturer, as the warranty will reside with them
