Issue with redeeming netflix

Upgraded my traiff in December. Received the netflix 6 months card in the post today. Followed the instructions, after ive typed my number and press send, i type the 6 digit code. The next screen say my number is not attach to the offer

@Pinkal there are known issues with this promotion but @Martin-O2 is helping out.
