I work in EC2 and for the last 3 weeks there has been an isue with a mast in the area. I can make and receive calls but I have no internet / data access. It is getting beyond ridiculous at this stage.
Any suggestions on what to do?

Well untill o2 say it has been resloved not a lot anybody can do .

Apart from waiting for the issue to be resolved not a lot.
Many things complicate mast repairs and o2 do not state time scales.
I guess you have followed the advice here ?

I'm in EC2V and when I check the service status, I get the following:
Sorry a phone mast in this area isn't working
This means your service might come and go until we fix it.
It's working now but the problem is that as it's intermittent I am missing emails and whatsapp messages without realising it.
