I have been trying to start a webchat with o2 since Christmas but every time I log on, there is a banner saying,
"Give us a moment
We're just checking to see if there's an available agent."
Is web chat offline or am I missing something?

@shentjdp, @Peapod__ I believe there have been some problems with Live Chat recently. You might try to clear your cache or try a different browser. Alternatively, if your queries are not account related, you can ask here, and someone may be able to help. You can also call 202 if Pay Monthly or 4445 if Pay & Go
