Iphone 5c lost

my son lost his phone i cant get it on find my iphone as he opened a diff apple account with fake birthday and can't remember it. Also i have over 12months left to pay on it and i think my insurance for accidental damage. What can any one suggest x

You need to ring O2 to report it lost so they can bar the sim card, also the police in case you find you can claim for it.

O2 can supply you a new sim card and transfer the number so you can use it in another phone.

Check your home insurance for loss cover and get o2 to block the phone and sim so no one else can use it and run up a big bill.
