I ordered an ipad last night, now had an email to say it is out of stock so why did they take my money? How do I cancel this order?
@Clairey Sadly, O2 do not have a live ordering system so the money would be taken anyway, as if you had bought the iPad. Thoroughly annoying practice, particularly as they probably wont have stock in for another few days.
Follow advice from @jonsie re cancellation, though the money may take some time to be returned to your account .
