Hi,
I wanted to ask this quick question. I ordered Samsung Galaxy buds2 from O2. I had to create an account and have no SIM or contract with o2, so when logging in to my O2 I cannot see this order or any information on it. I require a receipt or invoice to get the cashback promotion from Samsung. Can this be provided from the O2 store when I make a collection?
The email confirmation unfortunately will not work for the Samsung promotion as it is not a proper receipt/invoice.

I will give that a go, thanks. I asked this in the forum to ask other customers whether a receipt was given when they did click and collect from their experience. How is the click and collect experience if you have used it?
