Hi, Can anybody advice me where can I get a copy of purchase of a new mobile phone feom O2 as I lost the one which came by the post with my mobile 😞 and I need it to claim freebies crom Huawei.

Use the order number in Recent Orders in My O2

Download and save as pdf @ALEX7

I did that but unfortunately Huawei claiming website shows the info as not information on the document uploded. 😞

Strange that they accepted that for another customer today?
