International calls (Italy)

• Hi am recently been unable to contact a family member in Italy. I've had no problems before but it does not seem to be connecting.  I have an international bolt on and also purchased a further bolt on to see if I was over my limit but this also hasn't worked or been the case. There is no problem with that line in Italy as other family members have been trying and all good. Why am I suddenly not able to contact this person? I have done all the usual turn my phone off and back on etc. Still no joy?

Do you have a spend cap on your account?Have you tried looking at your account via Myo2 to see your current allowance?

It must be an o2 problem. Someone else is having a similar problem

Yes I do and I need to up my spend. How can I do this?
