Hi, I bought a £3 international bolt on so I could call a friend in Australia without taking out a mortgage but every time I try calling I get "call failed" come up. I've tried turning my phone on and off, have ensured I have the latest iOS update, tried turning off Wi-Fi and tried turning airplane mode on and off. Cannot get any response from O2 gurus and FAQ's and Aura not helpful. Wondered if anyone else has had this happen and how it could be fixed?
