International Favourites Manage numbers

Anonymous
Not applicable

I have signed up for international favourites bolt on. After 48 hours I logged in my account to setup number. In the first step I entered my mobile number and shortly received a SMS with a four digits codes. In the next screen I entered my code and click "Continue". The problem is that after I clicked "Continue" nothing happened. I tried this using different computer, different OS and different web browser and the same problem happens. Is there any solution for this. Or do I HAVE TO call them or go to store? Many thanks for any suggestion

This problem has existed for long enough, it does not work for me on internet explorer or google chrome, but on opera it does sometimes, nothing to do with cache or cookies and if it was why should someone have to clear cache and cookies everytime they want to access there account, what sort of system would that be, who would design a system with this built in deficiency, I hope they were not paid. The other problem I have with this bolt on is that the call me number only works from mobiles and not landlines, from landlines it come through as 1999999999, and the line is open but each party cannot hear the other, maybe that is my cache also!!!

This seems to be almost the same as the post here:

Multiple posting won't help your problem though, you'll need to ring O2.
