Hey, so I’ve done a little crack on my phone, I was wondering did I pay for they insurance to cover it as I paid for the £7 extra?

Check your bolt ons in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

If you have O2 insurance, there will be a bolt on for it.
