I am trying to add insurance onto my phone, the website says to call but every time I call the automated voice tells me to go to the website which obviously says to call, what do I do?

I am trying to out in an insurance claim and online tells you to ring but when I do the automated service just continues to disconnect every time once you get past security question. I need to make a claim as my phone is broken and there is no one on chat service or the phone to help me.
