Hello,
i made an insurance claim about 2 weeks ago now, was told to fill out a form, which I have done and sent back straight away & I still haven’t heard anything back. Please can I have a contact number to call about my insurance as the My 02 app can no longer help me.

I made a claim on my insurance circa last Friday afternoon for a smashed screen, they collected the Google Pixel 7 from my Parents' on Monday, and I have yet to have any updates on the status of the repair or refurbished replacement.
I tried live chat but they won't talk to me because I can't scan the QR code as I don't have access to my phone.
Can anyone help?

No one on here can give you any update, your best bet is to contact the repair centre, but it will be 5 to 7 days for it to be returned, and you will (should) get email notifications...

That's 5 to 7 WORKING days not actual days.
So with luck it should come back by the end of next week.
But customer services won't talk to me, and I'm loath to go to the shop because they'll tell me to ring up.

You will need to call up, on 0344 809 0202 and they do can verification differently.
