The o2 app says I have 28 days from upgrade to set up my insurance for my new phone however it says I need to call o2 or go into store. I am unable to go into stores and when I call customer services I am led to a point where it says good bye (as my call isn't deemed urgent/priority)

Any idea how i can get this set up.

Try Calling 0800 977 7337 and you should be able to get through to an agent (just expect a little bit of hold time). and they should be able to sort this out for you.

I work in IT as an Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Tools Administrator (Office 365, Slack and much much more) and manage hardware both Mobile and Desktop / laptop, my desk is a bit like PC World

We are all customers and dont have access to any o2 accounts
