How do I cancel my insurance on my phone?

Hi Hayleigh

You will need to speak to insurance and they will get that cancelled for you.  You can contact them from your mobile by calling 202 or 0344 809 0202 from a landline.

You need to give 30 days notice when you cancel insurance.

@Karen6 

You can take out O2 insurance within 28 days of contract starting.

You need to contact O2 on any of the numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

0800 587 4005 is currently the best number to try to avoid a long wait.

I'm i n the process of replacing a phone. I was given a number but took it down incorrectly. Can you provide the direct line to the insurance company processing my claim?
