Insurance claim

Hiya, My phone took and unfortunate tumble and is now broken and will not recognise my sim card.. I have insurance but cannot get through anywhere with 202 as it tells me to go online but i cant see anything online either.. any idea how i can claim on my insurance during the cornoavirus pandemic..
I know its not the end of the world but i cannot use my phone and i need to be able to call and be called for work :S :S Thanks

The number that seems to work best is 0800 587 4005, try around 8am for best chance of quick response. Good luck!
