Hi,

Recently i have filed a o2 insurance claim on my samsung s6 edge and wanted to make sure i have the phone ready before the courier takes it away, I have removed the sim card and placed the phone in an envelope, i have also wrote the number the woman on the phone told me.

And also will the courier give me a replacement phone for the time of the repair

Thanks

Hi @MrAvarice

You would do well to take pictures of the phone front and back to ensure they return your phone in the same condition. No ...the courier will not give you a replacement phone (unless it's part of your insurance policy....)

As it's an insurance claim I assume they will be sending you a replacement device once they have assessed your claim.
You can call customer service to check the status once the phone has been collected

No, clearly the claim won't be assessed by the courier.

Yes, it should help to condition the battery and re calibrate the phones battery meter.
You should have retained your old sim card?

You'll need to call them to get it replaced again then.
