Insurance claim requirments

Hi,

Recently i have filed a o2 insurance claim on my samsung s6 edge and wanted to make sure i have the phone ready before the courier takes it away, I have removed the sim card and placed the phone in an envelope, i have also wrote the number the woman on the phone told me.

And also will the courier give me a replacement phone for the time of the repair

Is the phone running the latest software? Check to see if there is an update available.

If all else fails call them about replacing the phone.
