Insurance claim - need an update and not sure how to get one

Anonymous
Not applicable

I had my phone collected last Thursday to be sent off to engineers to assess an insurnace claim as i smashed the screen. I have not heard anyhting back and have tried to email them (as do not have a spare phone I can use in the meantime) but nothing. I was told the turn around is usually 3-4 days when i called O2 so really annoyed and not sure what to do. Has anyone else had a similar situation at all and if so how did you resolve it?

Phone customer service for an update. They should be able to provide you with a repair tracking number.

Awesome advice

please do call them from a landline / or borrow some one else's phone to call O2 customer service.

O2 customer service should call you / update you in upto 7 working days... don't count Saturday / Sunday in your count of days passed since your phone was collected for repairs !!

Best of luck- hope you do hear from O2 customer service soon.
