Does the support service work at all?
I've been trying to cancel my mobile phone insurance for over 2 weeks and I don't know how to do that as when I call to 202 it asks a secret word which I don't remember.

You can reset your secret word in "My Details" in your MyO2.

Other numbers to call O2 on here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

The best number to call on appears to be 0800 587 4005

Wow! Thank you very much, I just cancelled.

Such a shame I couldn’t find these information anywhere else on the website or MyO2 before and had to keep paying.
