So my iPhone 7 was collected tuesday, for an insurance claim (Cracked Screen) i have heard nothing, not even an email to say they have recieved my phone? Is this normal? TIA

I just had a call from insurance investigation accusing me of still using the handset, i am losing the fight now its stressful on my part. Probably days more waiting now.

FINALLY..... INSURANCE HAS BEEN APPROVED.
LONGEST AND MOST PAINFUL EXPERIANCE EVER!
COMPLAINT WILL BE GOING IN ON RECEIPT OF THE NEW PHONE.
