I am trying to cancel my O2 phone insurance but keep being told to ring but dont want to as this is not an emergency, can you help ?

If you call they hang up because you can only call to report fraud.

How can we cancel insurance? Many people need to reduce non-essentials like this to afford essential bills

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
