Hi I’ve been having a problem with my Instagram app for just over a week now. I have an iPhone 6s Plus and never had any issues before now. I cannot login on my app (after being logged out) but I can access my account through safari and on my boyfriends phone so I know it not my account. I have done A lot of research and done everything suggested, deleted the app to even resetting my phone to factory settings. Nothing works, someone suggested it could be a problem with my network provider, has anyone else experienced this? If so how do I fix it as I have tried everything ?

Try logging in on WiFi which will prove if it's network related or not.

If the app won't let you in on WiFi you'll need to speak to Instagram for help.
